Procurement and distribution of registers for adverse effects following medication and or immunization reporting

YOWLI BURUNDI, under the guidance of ABREMA, multiplied registers which were distributed to the 12 surveillance site sentinels. Each surveillance site sentinel received three different registers (one for reporting adverse effects following immunization, another for reporting adverse drug reactions, and another one for medicines suspected with low quality). In total, 36 registers were distributed to surveillance site sentinel to serve as pharmacovigilance records. These tools will help in pharmacovigilance data collection, reporting and sharing with district and further with ABREMA (see health professionals holding the registers.Health professionals, after training, with the distributed tablets, June 2025.
