Production and distribution of information, education, and communication (IEC) tools

To raise community awareness about pharmacovigilance, YOWLI BURUNDI, under the guidance of ABREMA produced 24 banners, 144 posters, and 1300 flyers. These materials were handed over to ABREMA before they were distributed to 12 health districts. Each district received two banners, 12 posters, and 108 flyers. The banners and posters were immediately posted in health facilities (the site sentinel and the district hospital per each health district) during the supervision ABREMA and partners including YOWLI BURUNDI carried out and flyers were given to the health district director to distribute them to community health workers (see in annex photo 6 a banner posted in Matana hospital).
