Patrick Bitangumutwenzi was born on December 6, 1988 in the province of Kayanza in northern Burundi.
He is currently studying at the University of Burundi, Faculty of Medicine in 6thyear. He is a young animated by a spirit of leadership through associative life he leads since 2005. He works as a web manager in the organization YOWLI BURUNDI, a youth organization against HIV/AIDS, Gender Based Violence, Scaling up Sexual and Reproductive health.
He is benevolent framing clubs against Diabetes of secondary schools of Bujumbura, a project with the “Association Burundaise des Etudiants en Medicine (ABEM)”.
Also, Patrick is an active member of the Association of Scouts of Burundi where he conducts workshops to raise awareness of young scouts on the Millennium Development goals through Villages global development project.
He is inspired with a youth exchange of experiences from different corners of the world to make a positive change in their communities.
